Are you ready for change? Take this survey to learn more.
Define and prioritize your own goals for wellness as the first step to living your best. Writing down your goals and post them in a convenient place (think refrigerator door.) This commits you to the process and reminds you of these goals daily. You may chose only one wellness goal or perhaps you wish to improve on one item in each wellness area:
- Emotional health
- Physical health
- Add 2 servings of fruit and vegetables to my daily diet.
- Increase the number of steps I walk daily (as measured by my pedometer) by 20%.
