Terry & Marian's Thanksgiving for Two

Tuesday November 13, 2018

Today's Tuesday with Terry is about two "T" words that go great together - turkey and Thanksgiving. Over the years, my mom and I have settled on a pared down version of Thanksgiving. The Parkinson's Holiday

Wednesday October 31, 2018

So you didn't know that there is an official holiday for Parkinson's? Yeah, it’s Halloween (rim shot, or spooky groan, your call).

Halloween is the time of year we set aside to recognize the importance of ghosts and ghouls and things that go bump in the night. I don’t know about you, but in addition going bump in the night, I often go bump in broad daylight!

The following content describes an individual experience of Parkinson's, and we recommend that readers defer to their own comfort level with the subject matter before reading this post. NW Parkinson’s strives to recognize  and engage with a variety of perspectives and experiences relating to Parkinson’s. The below represents the opinions and judgements of the author only, and does not necessarily reflect those of Northwest Parkinson’s Foundation.
