This class is excellent for beginners, those in injury recovery, or anyone needing a practice that does not involve getting up-and-down from the floor. The class is appropriate for all levels of fitness. The poses and moves are simple and they will promote flexibility, balance, strength, increased range of motion, and muscle tension release.
