Offered every Tuesday online, join for 30 minutes of guided movement to music using Nia: a powerful and playful fusion of dance, martial arts, and mindfulness practices.

Offered every Thursday online, using the gentle movements of the method to work on balance, walking, fall prevention, transitions from sitting to standing, and improving other movements you find challenging.

Tai Ji Quan

Tai Ji Quan

Offered every Wednesday, online and in person option. This is a modified Tai Chi Program that is evidenced-based and CDC approved to improve your balance and mobility.

Offered at 11:00AM PST, the 1st three Tuesdays of each month for an enthusiastic 60 minutes of vocal exercises and songs that are guaranteed to put a smile on your face and have your toes tapping.
