Whether you’re newly diagnosed, have had Parkinson's for many years or are a loved one of someone with Parkinson's, local groups are a great way to get involved in the Parkinson's community in a casual environment. SEATTLE METRO AREA YOUNG ONSET ACTIVITY GROUP
A social, activity-based group for those under the age of ~60 and living with PD. The group meets in various locations around the Seattle metro area and plans frequent, lively indoor and outdoor activities. Find upcoming activities on Facebook by searching for SEAYOPD. NW PARKINSON'S CLUB WALKING GROUP
Meet with old friends and new while getting some exercise at Green Lake! The Walking Group will meet on the third Thurdsay of each month.

Gather in the lower level Top Hat Cafe at The Hearthstone for tea, coffee and treats before the walk. Please sign in and sign out in the book in the cafe.
Group departs at 10:15 a.m. for Green Lake. Walk together for the whole 2.8 miles or any distance you are able. Return together or on your own.
