Dance for Parkinson's Spokane 2017

Choreographed dance to live music to improve flexibility and fluidity, enhance balance and posture, and lift your spirits. Based on the teaching of the Mark Morris School of Dance and led by instructors trained in the Dance for PD® program. 

Sessions alternate Saturday and Friday mornings from 11:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.

Gonzaga University Dance Studio at 1108 N Pearl Street (at Desmet Avenue) Spokane, WA 99202. Studio is on the western edge of the Gonzaga campus.

Dance For PD Spokane 2016Friday classes are taught by Suzanne Ostersmith, Gonzaga University Academic Dance Program Director and a professional dance instructor with training by the Mark Morris Dance Group and Saturday classes are taught by Lynda LeBlanc who also has Mark Morris Dance Group training.

Please wear non-slip socks, or athletic/tennis shoes — you can also dance barefoot — but to protect the special dance floor surface please don’t dance in the shoes you walked in wearing.
