We all know that exercise is one of the best things we can do for Parkinson’s and our special program for December will be featuring movement programs for Parkinson’s in the Spokane area. Demos, engagement opportunities and registration will be available.
 
If you’ve been thinking about joining Boxing for Parkinson’s or Dance for Parkinson's, but haven’t – here’s your chance. Come and learn about the movement programs Spokane has to offer!
 
Programs range in accessibility for all people with early to late stage Parkinson’s. Care partners encouraged to attend.
