NW Parkinson’s is excited to bring you Nia Moving to Heal! Get every joint and muscle in your body moving with 30 minutes of guided movement to music using Nia: a powerful and playful fusion of dance, martial arts, and mindfulness practices.
Love how you feel! Try it once – and get hooked on a way of exercising that feels more like eating chocolate than hard work. Taught by Irene Pasternack, classes can be done seated or standing. Partners are welcome to join in the fun and classes are held twice a week!
