NW Parkinson’s presents Feldenkrais Method. We’ll use the gentle movements of the method to work on balance, walking, fall prevention, transitions from sitting to standing, and improving other movements you find challenging. You’ll feel changes in the quality of your movements after each class, and reset yourself into a calmer and more relaxed state. This popular program is offered twice a week on Zoom.
