Numerous studies have shown that all types of drumming can reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and enhance your immunity. Better yet, drumming makes you happy! Drumming releases endorphins in the brain, which are associated with general feelings of well-being and euphoria.
Victory Drumming will enhance the beat of the heart – the triumph of living each day with purpose – and the success of filling each day with encouraging upbeat rhythm!
First 3 Fridays of each month.
We will be drumming together just TWICE this month -Friday, September 8th & Friday, September 29th. Beginning in October, we will meet the first 3 Fridays of each month – Mark your calendars!
Fall Session:
September 8, 29 (Fridays)
October 6, 13, 20 (Switching to Mondays)
November 3, 10, 17
December 1, 8, 15
Why do I enjoy drumming? The drum is like my heart beat, like my breath, like the wind and thunder and rain. I feel a connection to myself and to others. Magic happens. I smile as I enjoy the rhythms, the challenge of learning, connecting and creating and being in tune. I sense a healing element and a love that reaches into me and out into the greater universe. And mostly, it’s just so much fun!
