Moving for Better Balance (PART I)
This is a modified Tai Chi Program that is evidenced–based and CDC approved to improve your balance and mobility. This is a progressive program, meaning that each class is built upon the content in the previous class. Therefore, we recommend you attend class weekly.
Event is in-person and/or virtual. (Virtual link can be provided once registration is received)
What you will need if participating virtually:
– chair (without armrests preferred)
– open space (to be able to take at least one step forward/backward)
– comfortable clothes
– comfortable shoes (optional, activities can be performed with or without shoes)
