Singing for Wellness & JOY! is a singing and movement class designed for people living with Parkinson’s disease, regardless of what stage they are in their journey. This class is a welcoming safe place for everyone, every voice, and every level of ability. Unite and support each other in song to maintain and improve vocally and in mind body connection through movement, stretches, vocal warmups, breath-work, singing songs, and using rhythm in various forms and instruments. Sing and laugh in this class for the joy and health of it!
