Mindfulness with Linda Moldauer
December 4 @ 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

A Class in Mindfulness
Learn how to free yourself from stress, anxiety, pain, depression, and the emotional strain of chronic illness such as Parkinson’s by improving your emotional life and tranquility using mindfulness and meditation. Linda Moldauer began practicing mindfulness and meditation 8 years ago when her husband, Ralph, was diagnosed with Parkinson’s. She has completed the Mindful Self Compassion program and numerous other classes. She continues to partake in classes that teach how to deal with stress and anxiety, calm your inner critic, self compassion, gratitude, and resilience.
“Mindfulness teaches you that using the wisdom of your body and mind to face stress, pain, and the many challenges of Parkinsons you can learn to live with ease. You will learn how to listen to your body, understand you are not your pain nor suffering and there is much you can do to help yourself.”–Linda Moldauer
