MEET THE EXPERT SERIES: Jennifer Gryniewicz, Health, Wellness, & Nutrition Coach

Join Northwest Parkinson’s Foundation and Jennifer Gryniewicz, Health, Wellness, and Nutrition Coach and Owner of Time for You Fitness, LLC to learn more about how making small adjustments to diet and lifestyle can have BIG IMPACT on managing Parkinson’s Disease. Hear about her upcoming class and how you can improve your health and mood, have more energy, and look and feel your BEST!

“The Role of Nutrition in Managing Parkinson’s Disease”

“The Role of Nutrition in Managing Parkinson’s Disease” is an 8-week program designed to provide participants with the education and tools necessary to make sustainable changes to their diets in order to manage Parkinson’s symptoms as well as live an overall healthy lifestyle.

Participants will learn how specific diet modifications can help manage Parkinson’s symptoms. Each week we will focus on a different topic including nutrition, goal setting, and meal planning. Participants will be given relevant tools each week and asked to set weekly goals related to that week’s topic.

Jennifer is a certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer, Natural Nutrition Specialist, Parkinsons Disease Specialists and Cancer Exercise Specialist. She has been working in the Health and Wellness Industry for 14 years. Jennifer started her career in Health and Wellness at the Greater Seattle YMCA where she trained clients one-on-one, led group fitness classes for all fitness levels, and facilitated Chronic Disease Programs for Weight Loss, Diabetes Prevention, Parkinson’s Disease and Cancer Survivors. After eight years working for The YMCA, she decided to form her own business, Time For You Fitness LLC, where she now provides a holistic, customized health and wellness coaching experience for her clients. Jennifer works with clients one-on-one, teaches Parkinson’s Fitness Classes through The Parkinson’s Fitness Project and facilitates an in-person Parkinson’s Support Group at The North Bellevue Community Center. When Jennifer is not coaching clients, she is prioritizing her own health and happiness by spending time outdoors, spending time with family, and growing her personal faith.  She looks forward to spending some time getting to know YOU and supporting YOU on your health and wellness journey.
