We are all, by nature, expressive beings, and sometimes, painting can be a way to communicate what words cannot. In this series, each workshop offers a different portal to the watercolor painting experience such as specific techniques and mini-creative worlds to enter, like forests, emotional landscapes and the place where watercolor meets collage. Through a variety of themes and teaching artists, participants of this series are invited to learn which ways feel most natural for them to express and connect with their unique creativity. We, at SilverKite, believe in the healing power of connection, to oneself, others, and the rejuvenating inner world of creativity that we all have access to. When we make time for artistic expression, we open up space for the benefits that focusing and practicing art can bring.
